Your test answers. Used to show your result. They are not linked to you unless you leave your email address or place an order.
Your order. Name, email address, billing address, company details if you add them, and payment status. We never see your full card or bank details; Mollie handles the payment.
Your messages. What you send us through a form or by email, such as a refund request or survey answer.
Usage data. Only with your consent: statistics and advertising cookies (see the cookie policy).
To deliver what you bought and send your invoice (contract and legal obligation), to send you the weekly development updates that are part of your founding membership (contract), to handle refunds, and to improve Basil and our advertising when you have given consent.
Only with the services we need to run Basil: our hosting provider, Mollie (payments), our email service, and, if you consented to cookies, Google, Meta and TikTok for statistics and advertising. We never sell your data.
Order and invoice data for as long as Belgian accounting law requires. Test answers and marketing data for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy, by emailing [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
